Our personal fitness training provides you with a well-rounded program that includes toning, stretching, strengthening and cardiovascular exercises customized specific to your goals and needs. Individual attention is given to each client. Our highly qualified trainers will personally assist and direct you at all times throughout your training session. In addition to the customized personal fitness training, nutrition is also addressed. Goal-specific nutrition plans will be developed and implemented with continual interactive feedback.
At FASTER, we offer more than personal fitness training sessions; our services extend to fitness classes that fit the needs of all ability levels. All classes are one hour in length, conveniently scheduled throughout the day and directed by knowledgeable, experienced, certified trainers. Our classes provide a platform for individualized training in a motivating group setting. We offer many different class options with one underlying constant in all; a GREAT WORKOUT that can be modified or intensified to meet individual needs. From EFX circuit training to Kam Jamz Hip Hop, our classes will be sure to satisfy.
ENHANCED FUNCTIONAL EXERCISE (EFX) is a high energy circuit-type workout that includes various stations of core, plyometric, resistance and cardio exercises. All stations can be modified or intensified to meet your needs and each class is taught by a certified trainer. This safe and challenging class creates EPOC (Excess Post Oxygen Consumption) and helps to burn fat up to 48 hours post workout.
METABOLIC FUNCTIONAL EXERCISE (MFX) is a fun and exciting workout that amplifies the benefits of metabolic strength training so that you not only burn calories during exercise, but also for 12-24 hours AFTER exercise (afterburn). This high intensity metabolic workout will increase your energy consumption post exercise, which leads to a higher resting metabolic rate (EPOC). Each class can be modified or intensified to meet anyone's needs.
KAM JAMZ is an intense hip hop cardio POWER hour. This unique format combines sporty athletic drills with very basic dance moves. You'll be having so much fun that you'll forget you are working out.
Our famous 25 Day Challenges are each offered five times a year – January, March, May, September and October. These body transformation challenges will teach you how to diet, workout and make healthy choices. Regardless of your aspirations, our “New You” Challenges will provide you with the tools necessary to achieve your goals. Our challenges are perfect for those looking for a jumpstart on healthy lifestyle living or the fitness enthusiast looking to enhance their current workout regimen. Each challenge begins with a kickoff meeting explaining the logistics of the program and current body measurements. Each participant will receive a “playbook” which is filled with healthy recipes, nutrition logs and all the details needed to successfully complete the challenge. 6 personal training sessions, unlimited group fitness classes and 2 InBody scans are included with nutrition counseling every step of the way. Our next 25 Day Challenge is kicking off October 24th!

Our athlete performance program includes customized training by a highly qualified trainer with a focus kept on the individual athlete’s goals. All programs include XPE training methodologies, the preferred training by elite athletes everywhere and can be applied to athletes as young as 12 all the way to professional athletes. Programs are developed specific to the athlete’s needs, which are determined in the functional movement evaluation. Programs will include sport specific exercises to improve speed, balance, strength and conditioning with an emphasis on injury prevention. Our trainers will offer personal assistance and direction at all times, as well as track and monitor individual data throughout the program. Our athlete performance program also includes nutrition counseling. Goal-specific nutrition plans will be developed and implemented with continual interactive feedback.
Give your team an edge with a custom designed performance training program for the upcoming season. Your team will gain confidence and increased endurance through our agility, core strength, power and speed training. In addition, our team training programs focus on sport-specific movement, as well as injury prevention.
FASTER has trained numerous local teams for their football, basketball, lacrosse, softball, baseball, soccer, hockey and golf seasons! Both On-Site and Off-Site programs are available for teams of athletes of all ages and gender. Workouts will include plyometrics, speed and running form drills, strength and core development exercise techniques. The FASTER staff will break down movement and how it relates to athletes and the sports they play. FASTER Team Training is intended to maximize athletic potential and to educate coaches on how to properly train their athletes.
An athlete’s stock is largely dependent on their results from the Combine or Pro Day. With so much on the line, we at FASTER understand the importance of these standings and have created a program designed to maximize an athlete’s test results and ensure they make a lasting impression. Our individualized Combine and Pro Day training prepares athletes for the next level of their careers.
Utilizing XPE training methodology and intense replication of all Combine specific tests and position-specific drills, athletes will be fully prepared for their Combine or Pro Day debut. The incorporation of performance treadmills to decrease run times and vibration plates for increased jump height and strength, make FASTER the top choice training facility by elite athletes. Our program ultimately sets athletes on an organized plan to improve strength, speed, agility, balance and form, all the while focusing on injury prevention, nutrition and mental focus preparedness.
I weighed in this morning at 249.5 and achieved my first goal of a 10 pound weight loss. This was an important physical and mental milestone for me. There's more work to be done to reach my second goal of 26 pounds or 10% of my starting weight. Thank you and the training staff for your coaching, support and interest getting me to better health. At the start of 2013, at age 45, I was 30 pounds over weight and could barely do 10 push-ups. Thanks to FASTER and a 5am gym routine for the past 7 months, I along with my brothers Matt and Mike were able to finish the Tough Mudder-Pittsburgh in very respectable time today. Getting through this 12 mile - 18 extremely difficult obstacle event over rough terrain with my 2 brothers is something that I will never forget. I wanted to tell you how much your training helped. I am so happy I did that this summer because I passed my fitness test easily! I'm in really good shape and that usually isn't the case for me so I just wanted to say thank you and your training really is working! I am dying to come back and roll out on the vibe plate though. ~ Jordan B.Since joining FASTER the boys have quickly seen results. Sean finished third among all the lax players (55 or so) yesterday in an endurance drill where they did sprints. He was able to complete 81 without stopping. My conference championship meet went really well for me. I had 2 personal bests and achieved my goal of going under 4:30 in a 400 IM. I also made the NCAA national meet and I will be competing there next month at the Spire Institute in Ohio. I just wanted to thank you and the team there for helping me so much over the summer!
