Kaitlyn Hammerschmidt

Kaitlyn graduated from Penn State University in 2021 with a degree in Economics.  Her love for fitness began as a child, growing up as a competitive dancer and kept her passion alive dancing through college while becoming a certified fitness instructor 4 years ago.  Kaitlyn joined the FASTER team in June 2021 and loves helping clients achieve strength and developing fitness as a lifestyle.  When not coaching or working out, Kaitlyn works in the buying department at Dicks Sporting Goods and loves to dance, hike, and cook.

A couple of my coworkers have been swearing by this place for the last couple months and I finally checked it out myself today. Faster did not disappoint. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The class itself is no joke. If you're looking for a comfortable place to get uncomfortable with your fitness and challenge yourself this seems like the right place to do it. Looking forward to my next month with them. First class is free of charge 10/10 recommend giving it a try.
